How to make it

Safety

This dough is very salty and not food. Raw flour can make kids sick too. Watch for mouthing, and call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 if they eat a lot.

  1. Step 1: Mix it all

  2. Step 2: Cook it

  3. Step 3: Cool it
    3

    Cool it

Grown-up step: Tip it onto the counter and let it cool until it's only warm.

  4. Step 4: Knead it

Knead together for 1 minute until smooth.

  5. Step 5: Roll and cut

    Roll and cut

Roll it flat. Let your toddler press the cutter down hard.

  6. Step 6: Store it

    Store it

Keep it in a zipper bag. It stays soft for weeks.

Edie's tip

Cooked dough stays softer and lasts longer than no-cook dough.
